Peter’s 23 year old son James worked on the 103rd floor of the World Trade Center’s North Tower.
His testimony, on the role of non-enforcement of immigration law in permitting the terrorist acts of September 11, is part of the official record of the 9/11 Independent Commission.

Mr. Gadiel has been a featured speaker at press conferences with then-House Speaker Denny Hastert, Reps. Tom Tancredo, Steve King and many other Members of Congress.
He represented the 9/11 families at meetings with FBI Director Mueller in discussions with officials of the Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security. Along with other terror victims he met with President Obama.
He has been an in-studio guest of Lou Dobbs, Sean Hannity, Neil Cavuto, Chris Matthews, Christiane Amanpour and others.
He has testified at Congressional hearings and lobbied in Congress innumerable times.
He has testified at numerous state legislative hearings and lobbied in approximately twenty states from New Hampshire to Kansas.
He has addressed dozens of rallies from Connecticut to California.
He has toured the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas, Arizona and California,

Mr. Gadiel has a law degree from Case Western Reserve Law School. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) from 2003 to2005.
